Worked at the Bombay Hospital in the NDT (Neuro Development and Treatment) department and worked under trained physiotherapists like Mrs. Asha Chitnis and Dr. Rambhai Patel.

Treated neurologically afflicted patients under Dr. S.N.Bhagwati – Emeritus Professor of Neurology.

MAY 1997- July 1999

Worked at NUH (National University Hospital) under Ms. Alice Lim, Chief Physiotherapist.

In-charge of Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Critical Care Unit, Medical Intensive Care Unit, recovery, outpatients and inpatient stroke rehab.

Locum at East Shore Hospital.

FEBRUARY 2002- JANUARY 2005

Locum at NUH.

At NUH, she worked in the inpatient and outpatient departments treating adults and children recuperating from CVA, traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, post-surgical rehab in total knee replacements, coronary artery bypass grafts, breast cancer and spinal ops for scoliosis in paediatric and orthopaedic cases as well as in the outpatient department dealing with sports injuries.

Senior physiotherapist at the community rehab programme at the Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

At TTSH, she worked in the community rehab team for nine years. Besides treating different conditions within the home setting, she spoke in conferences and other hospitals explaining the model of home-based programmes and their effectiveness.
